Step-by-Step Guide to Wiley Efficient Learning Transition to Single Sign-On

On October 31, 2023, we will be taking first steps toward merging the Wiley Efficient Learning and UWorld platforms by implementing a single sign-on process. Below is a list of instructions to follow on October 31, as well as some product-specific information about course expirations and upgrades. Please note that you will not be able to access your Efficient Learning material without following these steps.

Please note on October 30th at 10:00pm ET there will be a planned 3 hour platform outage to prepare for this process.

  • Navigate to efficientlearning.com – Navigate to efficientlearning.com and then click the LOG IN button in the top right corner as you normally would to access your account page. Alternatively, if you have your account page bookmarked, you can go directly to your account page.
  • Use your current Wiley Efficient Learning email and password to login. – You will then be prompted to reset your password. After you reset your password, you’ll see and access your Wiley product tile as you normally would. Your course progress will appear uninterrupted, and you’ll be able to continue studying where you left off. Your Wiley course will remain active until April 30, 2024. 

Please note that you can only complete these steps on or after October 31, 2023.

Product-Specific Information

If you have a Wiley CPA 2023 Exam Review Course, your course will remain active until your original expiration date or April 30, 2024—whichever comes first. Between November 15 to 18th, 2023, you will be granted access to the UWorld CPA 2024 Review Course equivalent to your current Wiley CPA course. Please login at UWorld to check access.

Wiley BEC 2023 Exam Review Course users will automatically receive access to the UWorld BAR 2024 Review Course equivalent to the current Wiley BEC course.

If you have a CPA 2023 product with Finite Access, your product will remain active until your original expiration date or April 30, 2024- whichever comes first. Products with Finite Access include:

  • Standalone Test Bank
  • Standalone 11th Hour Review
  • Standalone Flashcards
  • Standalone Virtual Review
  • Standalone Focus Notes

If you have a Wiley CMA 2023 Exam Review Course, your Wiley course will remain active until your original expiration date or April 30, 2024—whichever comes first. Additionally, you will automatically gain access to the UWorld CMA 2023 Exam Review Course equivalent to your Wiley CMA course on January 8, 2024. 

Tip* For those taking the CMA exam in the January/February 2024 testing block, we suggest you keep using your Wiley course to the finish! For those taking the CMA exam in the May/June testing block, be mindful that your Wiley course will expire on April 30, 2024. Start to use your UWorld CMA Review Course to generate notes and metrics there as soon as you get access!

UWorld plans to release a 2024 CMA Exam Review Course in Spring of 2024.

If you have a CMA 2023 product with Finite Access, your product will remain active until your original expiration date or April 30, 2024- whichever comes first. Products with Finite Access include:

  • Standalone Test Bank
  • Standalone 11th Hour Review

If you have a Wiley CIA Exam Review Course, your Wiley course will remain active until your original expiration date or April 30, 2024- whichever comes first. Additionally, you will automatically gain access to the UWorld CMA 2023 Exam Review course equivalent to your Wiley CMA course on January 8, 2024.

If you have a CIA Test Bank, your test bank will remain active until your original expiration date or April 30, 2024—whichever comes first.

If you have a CFA Level I, II, or III 2023 Exam Review Course with Access Until You Pass, your Wiley CFA 2023 Review Course will remain active until your original expiration date or April 30, 2024—whichever comes first. Effective Dec 1, 2024, If you wish to extend your course access and update to the UWorld 2024 CFA course content please follow these steps:

  • Email the UWorld Customer Care team at support@uworld.com
  • Provide proof of registering for a 2024 CFA exam date

Customer Care will then verify your information and grant you access to the UWorld CFA 2024 course equivalent to your current Wiley CFA course. Please visit https://finance.uworld.com/cfa to browse all the course features of UWorld CFA Review Courses.

If you have an Exam Review Course with 1-year access your course will remain active until your original expiration date or April 30, 2024- whichever comes first.

If you have a Wiley CFA Level III 2024 course, you will automatically be granted access to the UWorld CFA 2024 course equivalent to your CFA Level III 2024 course on January 8, 2024. Please visit https://finance.uworld.com/cfa to browse all the course features of UWorld CFA review courses.

Tip* For those taking the CFA exam in the August 2024 exam block, be mindful that your Wiley course will expire on April 30, 2024. Start using your UWorld CFA Review Course to generate notes and metrics there as soon as you get access!

If you have a CFA 2023 product with Finite Access, your product will remain active until your original expiration date or April 30, 2024- whichever comes first. Products with Finite Access include:

If you have the official CMT curriculum-only course package, it will remain active on your Efficient Learning account until your original expiration date or April 30, 2024—whichever comes first.

If you have a Wiley CMT Exam Review Course, your Wiley course will remain active until your original expiration date or April 30, 2024—whichever comes first. 

We will notify all active 2023 users when the UWorld CMT 2024 Exam Review courseware is available on the UWorld platform in early 2024. If at that point you wish to extend your course access and update to CMT 2024 Exam Review Course content please, follow these steps:

  • Email the UWorld Customer Care team at support@uworld.com
  • Provide proof of registering for a 2024 CMT exam date

If you have the digital Official CAIA Curriculum for 2023, your curriculum course will remain active until your original expiration date or until April 30, 2024—whichever comes first.

If you have a Wiley CIMA Exam Review Course, your Wiley course will remain active until your original expiration date or April 30, 2024—whichever comes first.

    No. Once we have completed the transition off of the Wiley platform in the next 6-8 months, your account information will be securely transferred to UWorld.
